Background



Celebrating the resurgence of Southwest Virginia's leading professional theatre post the 2020 shutdown, the theater was gearing up for the launch of its 2021 season and aimed for a seamless transition in their messaging to engage the public effectively.



Identify



Upon assuming the role, I immersed myself in the theater's unique voice, meticulously analyzed their social media content, and conducted a comprehensive assessment of their prior public engagement strategies. This deep dive identified key areas for enhancement in the client's social media presence, focusing on expanding reach, enhancing content interactions, fostering follower growth, and boosting profile visits among an audience aged 35 and above.



Implement



For plan execution, the focus was on generating daily high-quality content tailored to the theme of each show during its presentation, thereby expanding reach. Additionally, I revamped the theater's communication approach, delivering precise and friendly messaging that encouraged active audience engagement.
